My life closed in on me in my twenties. I racked up one chronic joint pain problem after another. Migraines made me feel like being dead. Severe fatigue held me back from too many things to mention. I dropped out of competitive sports, at my pinnacle, because of undiagnosable knee pain. I missed party after party, napping beforehand and invariably getting up the next day.
