Love Your Tough Life Stories
Here's where you'll learn to tell your stories DIFFERENTLY and completely change how you feel about them.
We're all facing reality from a wildly different perspective after the last couple of years.
Maybe some old stories about your life feel heavier than ever. Maybe they desperately need thematic makeovers.
WHAT IF ...
-
with hindsight, you could reframe those stories?
-
you could shift your historical relationship with your stories?
-
they could become empowering stories based on hard-won lessons?
-
from your life's curriculum, there’s a goldmine of power waiting to be leveraged?
The Tough Stories Workshop helps people who feel disempowered by life stories. As you reconnect the dots, you'll find unexamined, precious moments that liberate you from old narratives.
This is soul work, an expansion of awareness of your life’s agenda. It's a way to create a fulfilling life by making sense of your unique life formula. It's a way of understanding who you came here to be and transforming emotions around that.
But try as you may, it’s not easy to make something different out of facts. And most people are struggling more than they have to in this area.
We all have stories we wish we didn't, and most people see these stories as static truths. This belief may be holding them back from big goals and dreams. It may be drowning them in shame, guilt and self-deprecation.
So think about YOUR life stories, the ones you wish you didn't have.
-
Do you feel like a broken record of a song you never want to hear again?
-
Do you feel worse rather than better after telling your story?
-
Are you uplifting others with your stories, inspiring them to reach for more?
-
Do you feel you’re serving YOUR best interest, the way you'd like to, when you tell your stories?
-
Are you struggling to find a useful angle from which to evaluate your life's curriculum?
-
Have you reached a plateau in your progress toward self-realization? Struggling to break through to next levels of joy, personal power and self-love?
Tired of being at the same level of personal understanding for too long? Miss the pulse and vibrancy of a fully engaged life? Ready to leverage all your strengths and wisdom?
I can help you...

Tough Stories Workshop strategies will completely change your clarity and confidence. They'll resource you with untapped power.
I’m inviting you to join a brand new workshop. It's designed to support people like you who want to love their life story.
This is a supportive and caring community where you show up and write your personal stories. Then you rewrite them from different angles while in the company of others.
It’s all about healing the pain in your heart, the suffering your current version of a story is causing. It's a way to find gratitude in the experience, to move towards joy about who you are because of it. It's about being able to embrace your life’s story. You'll lessen the bad moods in your heart because of the life you've lived and feel lighter.
This workshop has a proven method for mining your precious life's content. It’s done in a group setting and when we meet, we simply write. Plus there's a little time for optional sharing among peers you can trust.
The workshop includes:
-
A story structure process that supports your truth and your strength.
-
A real-time cohort: we meet for 4 - 90 minute sessions.
-
Each session includes writing, brief checkin's, Q&A addressing process questions and optional brief sharing at the end. There's no discussion and this is not a typical support group type encounter. The focus is on writing in community.
-
There's an option to meet outside of group and share your story with other members. These encounters have safety guidelines which include the following. No feedback and no advice by the witness. No giving explanations or context by the storyteller. It’s a safe place to be witnessed. The witness holds space for the reader to experience whatever comes up and share about that, if they wish.
The Tough Stories Workshop is a community designed to be a safe space. The intention is to coax our inner wisdom to speak to us so that we may hear, understand and heed it.
So let me ask: What's the cost of holding onto old narratives that no longer serve you? What opportunity costs — what are you missing out on — because of outdated beliefs? How might past events still be affecting your decisions and emotions? How might telling better stories benefit you, your family, your team and your community?
The Tough Stories Workshop gives you a place to show up, be witnessed and inspired by others in a safe space. The framework gets you doing deep work that leads to emotional transformation. In any of the 4 sessions you're bound to have breakthroughs.
I want to give you the exact strategies I use to tell empowering stories, upgrade how I feel about my life and influence people. This reconciliation process transforms people.
If you’re not following these principles I'll teach you, then feeling at peace with your life story might remain a challenge. I’m telling you all this because I’d like to help you right away.
How much might you shift your perspective in this workshop, with these blocks of time and support of the right people?
If it’s your time for a dramatic change and rapid shift in perspective, then I’d like you to join the Tough Stories Workshop. Let's get you breaking through barriers. Start accessing the highest value from your life's curriculum with this workshop.

Jacqui'sTestimonial
Today, I wrote about a single defining moment. Since that time in my life, I have been telling a filtered version of this story to others and in conversation with myself. This was the first time I shared raw thoughts on paper. I didn't try to edit, include side stories, justify my actions, make it pretty for public consumption, hide from my feelings, or tell the story with hindsight. In doing so, the words flowed freely.
To my surprise, I connected some dots. I'd been struggling with something and realized it all started right after that single defining moment. It was important to come full circle, and I think I really needed this missing piece.
The session was unexpectedly emotional. There was power in writing together as a group, and even though we didn't physically share a space, I could feel the energy. At the end, Julie asked if we wanted to share a small part of our story. I chose to read my opening paragraph to the group. Speaking the words aloud, in the presence of others, was healing, and in a way, liberating. I didn't need to preface the story with another story or give context, and there was no judgement or feedback. It was a safe space for me to respect and honor this single defining moment in my life.

Maybe some of the most powerful reflection ever.
Andy's Testimonial
I felt supported in the ambiguity that a person must face alone. Where to go next? What is next?
