Accountability, Deadlines and Lies

No matter how independent you are, there's no getting around the fact that humans are communal beings. Given that, how many ways do you consciouisly set the stage for success by using the help of others? 

And about deadlines, let me know in the comments how you set your deadlines when you're accountable to no one but yourself. I'll share with others and might just adopt some for myself!
