Reuniting With My Mission

Today I felt like I came home. I'm over-the-moon happy about finding great meaning in my work.

I made arrangements to help people in prison and I'm starting with Jerome. I'm going to send him a printed version of my transformative writing program - The Precious Moments. It's a way to rewrite life narratives and leave the past in the past.

It’s a way to make better stories and feel better. This happened to me. I wanted a better story to tell about losing my career. In working on that, I discovered a way to transform a disempowering story. It's a vehicle that transfers people into more empowering versions of the same story.

When we choose different moments to focus on we can move forward, regardless of the past. These "revised editions" of our narrative help us feel better. And make different decisions. Humans have immense capacity to evolve, and it all starts in our head and heart.
